App., December 17, 2020) (reversing summary judgment in favor of Dumas on Medina’s claim that he was terminated for seeking workers compensation benefits: Medina presented sufficient circumstantial evidence that his seeking benefits was a substantial factor in his termination)

*Mannan v. State of Colorado (10th Cir., December 18, 2020) (affirming summary judgment in favor of Colorado on Mannan’s claim that Colorado violated the Vocational Rehabilitation Act by terminating him and failing to accommodate his disability: Mannan could not show either that he could perform the functions of the position from which he was terminated, nor that reasonable accommodation would have made it possible)
