Workers Compensation~Occupational Safety and Disease

C.R. England & Indemnity Insurance Co. v. Labor Commission (Utah Ct. App., October 15, 2021) (setting aside Commission order directing England to pay temporary total disability benefits to Mansoor Hakem: the order was not supported by substantial evidence; moreover, Hakem’s cross-appeal was not permitted by the rules of appellate procedure)
