Herrmann v. Salt Lake City Corporation (10th Cir., December 20, 2021) (reversing summary judgment against Herrmann on her failure-to-accommodate claim: the district court erred in holding that Herrmann did not meet her prima-facie case. Affirming summary judgment against Herrmann on her discrimination and retaliation claims: she failed to show demonstrate discriminatory animus or retaliatory pretext)
